Qualifications

• University/college degree required.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience supporting client implementations or project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships.
• Analyzes, assesses, and documents client requirements and manages multiple complex implementations.
• Coordinates meetings with clients and service partners and delivers reporting on progress.
• Escalates issues and helps resolve challenges related to implementation and servicing.
