Client Solution Manager - Fortis Advisors

The Client Solution Manager within PNC's Fortis Advisors organization, based in San Diego, can be located anywhere within the PNC footprint. This position will specifically be within the Finance group.

The Client Solution Manager will oversee the Fortis Finance team, supporting internal teams and external vendors and partners. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth account onboarding, funds allocation, reconciliation, and facilitating funds transfer requests related to M&A transactions. The role involves supervising A/P and A/R tasks, working with banks and other parties to confirm account balances and transaction records, and analyzing complex transaction documents and Excel spreadsheets. Attention to detail, ownership, issue resolution, and relationship management are essential.

Internal partnership with senior managers is crucial to ensure timely resolution of fund-related issues.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in accounting/financial roles with high attention to detail; supervisory experience in A/P, A/R, or billing is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, with a strong service mentality.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with electronic funds transfers, SAP/QuickBooks/Oracle Fusion, and CRM/database systems like NetSuite.
  • Leadership experience in training and talent development.

This is a remote position, performed from a quiet, confidential home space, subject to PNC approval. The role may not be available in all locations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales, service, and support for client relationships, leading staff to meet KPIs.
  • Oversee activities supporting sales, service, and execution; recommend improvements; and report performance.
  • Ensure compliance with policies; manage client exceptions and escalations.
  • Maintain relationships with service partners.
  • Lead and develop the client solutions team, including supervisors and contributors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience; managerial experience preferred.
  • Skills in client relationship management, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary ranges from $55,000 to $122,590, with incentive eligibility based on performance. PNC offers comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
