Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Canonsburg, PA seeks an organized Customer Service Representative to manage day-to-day work order flow for our high-value accounts enrolled in the Preferred Customer Service Program. This is an in-office role in Canonsburg, PA (SouthPointe).

You will serve as the primary operational point of contact for key accounts, coordinating with field technicians, updating customers, and ensuring accurate invoicing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
• High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Handle work order intake and dispatch for preferred customers via phone, email, and portals.
• Schedule field technicians based on urgency and customer priority.
• Provide proactive status updates and manage arrival windows.
• Track orders with field teams and ensure complete documentation.
• Prepare orders for invoicing and reporting with accurate completion data.
• Identify blockers and escalate to NAMs to resolve issues.
