• Provides individualized client service and handles daily transactions in accordance with bank policies.
• Identifies client needs, promotes products and services, and refers clients to the right colleague when needed.
• Builds client loyalty and relationships; addresses each client by name and delivers exceptional customer service.
• Follows bank policies and participates in retail sales programs to meet goals.
• Maintains accurate cash drawer and supports end-of-day operations; adheres to compliance training and regulations.
