Job summary

Pace is seeking a Client Services Technician 1 to join the sample receiving department of our environmental testing laboratory. The role includes training and long-term career development within a mission to protect communities and health.

You will handle shipments, verify paperwork, and log samples, while providing excellent customer service in a laboratory setting. This is a Tuesday–Saturday shift with several benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a preference for candidates with shipping/warehouse experience.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking the sample coolers.
• Verifying the samples against the customer’s paperwork.
• Logging the sample into our system.
