Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a Client Services Technician to join the bottle prep department within our logistics network. You will train and contribute to building a compelling laboratory sciences career at Pace, supporting the mission to protect health and the environment.

In this role, you will handle glassware, process orders in the LIMS, and ensure accurate packaging for delivery while maintaining safety and organization on the job.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior experience required; Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to handle glassware carefully.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Glassware management: select glassware from inventory and label correctly.
• Order processing: use LIMS to maintain records and ensure accuracy in packing.
• Packaging and delivery: prepare orders for delivery securely.
• Quality control: verify order accuracy and meet specifications.
• Safety and cleanliness: maintain a clean, safe work environment per policies.

• Glassware Management: Accurately select glassware from inventory based on customer orders and attach appropriate labels.
• Order Processing: Use the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to maintain detailed records of all orders and ensure accuracy in order preparation and packing.
• Packaging and Delivery: Prepare and pack orders efficiently for delivery, ensuring all items are securely packaged.
• Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure they meet the required specifications before dispatch.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: No prior experience required; however, experience with Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle glassware and other materials carefully. Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
