Pace® is seeking a Client Services Technician in Phoenix to join our environmental testing laboratory. You’ll assemble client sample kits, prepare shipping labels, and manage outbound packages while ensuring on-time delivery.

We provide training, a full benefits package, and opportunities to grow in environmental science. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and customer-service skills; prior lab or warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service, prior shipping or warehouse experience preferred.
• Laboratory or environmental testing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and stock lab and warehouse supplies.

• Drive to client offices and sites to pick up samples and drop off supplies.
• Unload and receive client samples with proper documentation.
• Unload/repack coolers for shipment to other labs.
• Operate company vehicle with GPS/telematics and safety cameras.

Client Services Technician (Sample Receiving/Kit Building)

Compensation: $17.00 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Assemble client sample kits according to guidelines and instructions.
• Create shipping labels using our shipping software and manage outbound packages to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain and stock supplies to meet client sample kit demands.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining the office.
• Drive to client offices and job sites to pick up samples and drop off supplies.
• Unload and receive client samples while maintaining appropriate documentation.
• Unpack and repack coolers for shipment to other labs.
• Must be comfortable operating a company vehicle equipped with GPS/telematics tracking and inbound-and outbound-facing safety cameras (no audio recording).

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong preference towards candidates with previous customer service, shipping, or warehouse experience.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.
• We’ll train you!
• Ability to perform work in a lab or office/warehouse setting, remain standing for long periods, work around strong odors, and wear required PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves — all provided by Pace®)
