Job summary

RRD is seeking a Manager for GO Creative Client Services to champion customer service initiatives, provide technical training, and supervise staff. The role partners with Operational Leadership to meet annual budget targets and ensure high service quality across the group.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–5:00pm) with overtime as needed and a salary of $85,000, plus potential bonuses or incentives based on performance and geographic location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a field related to the business.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Operational Management role in a client-facing position.
• Enthusiasm, organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with clients and team members professionally.
• MOS Certification preferred.
• Strong technology background with project management experience.
• Proven experience leading, developing and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Support full range of staff management duties including recruiting, employee relations, scheduling, performance management and succession planning.
• Assist leadership with recruiting, training materials development, and addressing performance concerns.
• Create strategy to develop high-performing teams and coach/train across the organization.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Account Manager to develop SOPs and best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients as needed.
• Support service improvement plans responding to client feedback.
• Provide strategic planning to maintain high standards and streamline processes.
• Participate in annual budget, forecast, and capital project requests.
• Monitor financial targets and ensure monthly achievement.
• Support client discovery/onboarding and specialty projects.
• Maintain open communication with employees, managers and clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
