Job summary

Magnit is seeking a Client Services Representative to support the Client Services team at the St. Petersburg, FL home office. You will handle inbound calls, assist clients, and maintain accurate records in Raymond James' system.

The role requires 2–3 years of customer service experience, ability to type 40 WPM, and proficiency with Word/Outlook. Knowledge of the Raymond James system is a plus. Competitive hourly pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• : 2-3 years of recent customer service experience, ideally from a call center.
• Typing ability and being on the phone simultaneously.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems at once.
• Experience using dual monitors.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and basic Excel.
• Typing speed of 40 WPM or more.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proper grammar.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients with exceptional service.
• Resolve general inquiries such as username/password resets and address changes.
• Document call activity in Raymond James' proprietary system while on calls.
• Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments.
• Inform customers of standard procedures or resolutions.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
