Kastle Systems, a leader in managed security solutions, is seeking a Client Services Representative in Falls Church, VA. You will be the daily business contact for an assigned group of customers, respond to requests, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or 1–3 years in customer service, excellent verbal and written communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Clear speaking voice, excellent telephone manner and professional writing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Technical and analytical skills; ability to learn new programs, systems, and applications.
• Master troubleshooter; use logic and critical thinking skills to assess, prioritize, and solve problems.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced professional environment
• Demonstrated sense of urgency in resolving customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Responds to clients in a timely and high-quality manner while adhering to policies.
• Ensures client issues are addressed to full resolution efficiently.
• Works closely with internal teams to share project knowledge and anticipate issues.
• Identifies opportunities for account growth and collaboration with Sales and Business Development.
• Communicates the client’s goals and represents their interests to the team.
• Provides regular input on client activity and call reports to management.
