Job summary

Reliance Matrix seeks a client services professional to manage mid-size client accounts and act as the primary contact for ongoing service and consultative advice on contracts and plan structures. The role requires strong communication, knowledge of group insurance, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will balance client needs with business goals, travel up to 10%, and contribute to process improvements while providing excellent service across departments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service and strong consulting skills.
• Knowledge of group insurance products and services helpful.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage undedicated client accounts ranging from 2 to 99 lives and serve as main client contact.
• Provide consultative advice on contracts, plan structure, and renewal questions.
• Collaborate with billing, underwriting, claims and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Educate clients on Reliance processes and web services.
• Respond to client inquiries about coverage, billing, and status updates.
• Assist with New Producer setup and maintain knowledge of service activities.
