Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Registered Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors, their clients, and branch staff. The role emphasizes clear communication across multiple platforms and meticulous task management in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will onboard clients, open accounts, monitor asset transfers, and prepare financial materials for meetings. Strong CRM and Excel skills, plus compliance with securities licenses, are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year securities industry or related experience preferred.
• SIE required; Series 7 required; Series 63/65/66 as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for high-volume client interactions by phone, in person, or email.
• Onboard new clients and open client accounts using internal databases.
• Monitor asset transfers and ensure cost bases are accurately received.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with client meetings.
• Input orders and rebalance portfolios on behalf of advisors.
• Maintain CRM records and support marketing events.
• Pursue ongoing training and stay updated on firm and industry policies.
