Qualifications

• High School Diploma, college degree strongly encouraged.
• Customer Service experience.
• Experience in Data Entry Department or related field.

• Preferred experience with Microsoft Office & CRMs (such as Salesforce or Netsuite).

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients and staff regarding services and testing results.
• Document all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Assist staff in resolving discrepancies to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Escalate issues to department manager immediately.
