Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food testing methods or scientific processes is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface for research services customers.
• Ensure timely resolutions of customer inquiries.
• Manage customer accounts in the LIMS and CRM systems.
