You will follow SOPs, document non-conformities, and help meet turnaround time and KPI goals while maintaining safety and traceability. The position emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to fast-changing demands, and meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates Degree in Sciences or at least two years working in a commercial lab environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a team.
• Positive outlook with the ability to adapt to a multi-tasking and fast changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine sample extraction and analysis of food and food ingredient samples using laboratory techniques per SOPs.
• Identify, communicate and document non-conformities related to daily activities.
• Ensure sample turnaround time goals and other key performance indicators are met.
• Maintain lab safety, proper waste disposal, and cleaning of labware.
• Ensure accurate traceability and documentation of testing activities.
• Assist with process improvements, troubleshooting, and method validation as directed.
