Zusammenfassung

Cognizant in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Client Services team within the Service Group, supporting Financial Advisors, staff, and external clients. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and strengthening client relationships.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues. The position pays $18.50 per hour and includes eligibility for Cognizant’s annual incentive

Qualifikationen

• At least a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous call center and customer service experience.
• Banking, financial services, or wealth management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
• Strong Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise, and Active Directory is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with monitors, speakers, keyboards, and mice.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook troubleshooting techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.

• Respond to inbound calls from branch personnel and internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Educate clients on account services, products, and available capabilities.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
