Job summary

Northwestern Glass Fab is seeking a Client Services Specialist to quote, process orders, and resolve client issues with accuracy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service standards and drive performance in line with Brin’s values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 3+ years in customer service and order entry (college degree preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong math and geometry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate quotes and enter orders using ERP system.
• Ensure timely resolution of client needs, including complex service requests and complaints. Process returns (RGA) and respond to clients.
