Job summary

Northwestern Glass Fab, part of the Brin family, seeks a Client Services Specialist in Minnesota. You will handle client inquiries, enter quotes and orders, resolve issues, and support cross-functional collaboration to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3+ years of customer service and order entry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong math and geometry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Collaborative team player with active listening skills.
• Experience in customer-focused solutions and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate quotes and enter orders using ERP system.
• Ensure timely resolution of client needs, including complex service requests and complaints.
• Process product returns (RGA) and respond to clients promptly.
• Follow up with clients after issues to ensure satisfaction and quality.
• Enter and manage quotes, orders, and acknowledgments in ERP system.
• Verify costs, sale price, production dates and product details on orders.
• Generate work orders and quotes to support profitability and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with scheduling to ensure lead times and reorder items meet client needs.
