Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Client Services Specialist to serve as the primary contact for small group employer clients and brokers. You will take ownership of client inquiries and see each through to resolution, researching requests and coordinating with internal teams.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, multitasking across platforms, and building relationships. You will support client needs, handle inbound calls, and may transition to email or web chat with experience.
