ProSkill Services in Anthem, AZ is seeking a Client Services Representative to deliver outstanding customer support, schedule service visits, and coordinate communications across the team.

This in-office, full-time role reports to the Client Services Manager. Candidates should excel in multi-tasking, have strong communication, and be comfortable with a fast-paced environment. Spanish bilingualism is a plus and Service Titan experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated Client Services Representative to join our team and ensure every customer interaction is positive and professional.

This is an in office role in Anthem, AZ - We will be moving to N 19th Ave Phoenix AZ 85027

Position Overview

The Client Services Representative plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with scheduling, inquiries, and support. This full-time, non-exempt position reports directly to the Client Services Manager and requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls for service scheduling.
• Coordinate appointments for maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacement.
• Respond to email and web portal inquiries for scheduling requests.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing clients for follow-ups and scheduling.
• Assist the sales team with reporting, client education, sales appointment scheduling, and performance tracking.

This position operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment. Occasionally moves items up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required. Must be able to work under centrally controlled fluorescent lighting. Pay Range

$19 - $23 USD
