Job summary

ProSkill Services is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to provide top‑notch service to residential customers in the Anthem, AZ area. This role requires commuting to our Anthem office and delivering outstanding customer service while performing maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in HVAC, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license; NATE and Master Heat Pump Technician credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• HVAC training program or apprenticeship is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid driver’s license and EPA certification; NATE certification and Master Heat Pump Technician a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Able to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act in the customer's best interest.
• Conduct maintenance and repair: preventive maintenance and on-demand service calls.
• Maintain service van stock according to SOP for day-to-day operations.
• Follow safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Document service performed and recommendations in reports and logs.

This role requires you to be able to commute to our office in Anthem, AZ

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and acting in the customer's best interest at all times.
• Conduct maintenance and repair: Perform preventive maintenance for new and existing customers, respond to on demand service calls for down HVAC systems..
• Inventory Control: Maintain your service van tock according to company SOP, ensuring that you are properly stocked for your day to day operation.
• Safety and compliance: Follow all workplace and driving safety standards and regulations, to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship is a plus
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license, and EPA certification. NATE certification and Master Heat Pump Technician a plus.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.
• Hourly Pay + Performance Incentives, spiffs, and commissions when applicable
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500
  Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500, subject to company policies and qualifications.

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range

$80,000 - $120,000 USD
