Job summary

ProSkill Services seeks experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join a team focused on exceptional customer service and high workmanship standards. The role requires commuting to the Anthem, AZ office and delivering preventive maintenance, repairs, and on-demand service with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Participants can expect a sign-on bonus up to $7,500, a 401K with company match, a company-provided iPhone and iPad, uniforms, paid vacation and holidays, and a fully equipped company truck

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years HVAC technician experience.
• EPA certification and valid driver’s license required.
• NATE and Master Heat Pump Technician credentials are a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge and communication skills.
• Ability to work across residential job sites and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and acting in the customer's best interest at all times.
• Conduct maintenance and repair: Perform preventive maintenance for new and existing customers, respond to on demand service calls for down HVAC systems.
• Inventory Control: Maintain your service van stock according to company SOP, ensuring that you are properly stocked for your day to day operation.
• Safety and compliance: Follow all workplace and driving safety standards and regulations, to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications And Requirements

• Relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship is a plus
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license, and EPA certification. NATE certification and Master Heat Pump Technician a plus.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.
• Hourly Pay + Performance Incentives, spiffs, and commissions when applicable
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500
  Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500, subject to company policies and qualifications.

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range

$80,000 - $120,000 USD
