Cleveland Menu Printing, a 3rd generation family-owned business, is seeking a Client Services Representative to support restaurants by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with a focus on relationship-building and satisfaction.
You will collaborate with Sales, Creative and Production teams, maintain accurate customer records, and ensure timely, proactive service. This onsite role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and wages between $24.75 and $30 per hour.

The Client Services Representative interacts with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints/issues while demonstrating relationship-building, proactive service, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
This position operates primarily in a professional office environment and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions and/or hazardous conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time; stand and walk occasionally (including in the plant); near vision acuity for computer work; ability to communicate clearly through verbal interactions on the phone and in person; and fine motor skills to operate a keyboard/mouse and other office equipment.
