Cleveland Menu Printing is seeking a Billing Specialist to support accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and maintaining financial records. The role is onsite in a fast-paced, family-owned environment with opportunities to grow and contribute to a collaborative workplace.
The position requires 3–5 years of AP/AR experience, a high school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred), and proficiency with MS Office.

The Billing Specialist is responsible for providing support to both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including accurate and timely processing of invoices, reconciling accounts, managing outstanding balances, and ensuring accurate financial records.
This position operates primarily in a professional office environment and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions and/or hazardous conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time; stand and walk occasionally (including in the plant); near vision acuity for computer work; ability to communicate clearly through verbal interactions on the phone and in person; and fine motor skills to operate a keyboard/mouse and other office equipment.
