Job summary

All-Stat Portable in Skokie, IL, is seeking a Client Service Representative for the in-office, 1st shift role. You will handle intake orders, enter data into our medical tracking system, and dispatch services with a focus on fast turnaround and accurate information.

The position requires excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Ideal candidates have experience in medical settings or medical customer service, reliability in overnight shifts, and strong organizational and interpersonal

Responsibilities

• Take intake orders from clients via phone and other methods for a 24/7 call center.
• Enter orders in the medical tracking system and maintain logs.
• Place outbound calls to provide status updates and relay results.
• Assist technicians and nurses with troubleshooting.
• Dispatch orders and route schedules to ensure fastest turnaround times.
• Create CD images upon request and distribute appropriately.
• Maintain clear communication with technicians and inform them of order details and obstacles.
• Provide field staff with order information, priorities, and traffic details.
• Grant online access to outside medical professionals.
• Correct and modify exam or order information as needed.
• Display urgency while delivering high-quality customer service.

CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Skokie, IL (In Office) - 1st Shift

All-Stat Portable started out providing diagnostic services to the Chicago-land area in 1978. Since then we have grown to become a premier full-service portable diagnostic company servicing the needs of our post-acute, at-home, and corporate clients throughout Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Maryland, DC, and Virginia.Our mission is to provide the highest quality services within the diagnostics industry and to serve as a strategic partner to our clients so they may increase the level of care they provide for their residents.We are very excited to bring our services to mores locations in the future.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Intake orders from clients and customers via phone and other electronic methods for a 24/7 call center environment.


• Enter all orders in medical tracking system and maintain logs and other information.


• Place outbound calls to provide status updates and relaypositive results.


• Assist technicians/nurses with troubleshooting.


• Dispatch orders for all services for All-Stat Portable, including monitoring technician/nurse routes, exam status, and exam priority status, to ensure the fastest turnaround times.


• Create CD images upon requestand distribute appropriately


• Maintain communication with technicians/nurses and inform them of any pertinent order information, obstacles or requirement that is imperative for the successful completion of the exam.


• Address problems and requests by transmitting information, providing solutions, or notifying the appropriate person.


• Provide field techs with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements


• Grant online access to outside medical professionals


• Correct and modify issues with exams or order information


• Display a sense of urgency while providing the highest level of customer service and representing All-Stat Portable in the most courteous and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Availability to work overnight and weekends on a rotation basis is required


• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written


• Great organizational skills, and able to prioritize and delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively


• Great interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external managers, clients and associates


• Experience in upholding performance and quality standards


• Attention to detail and ability to multitask


• Ability to utilize various computer systems and applications at the same time


• High school diploma or higher education


• Previous experience working in a medical setting, customer service environment, or medical


• Dispatch is preferred but not required
