Job summary

Performance Home Medical in Park Ridge, IL seeks a Delivery Technician to join the Operations Team. You will perform daily deliveries, equipment setup, and patient interactions within a 40-hour workweek and rotating on-call duties.

• Procuring and completing any necessary documentation required by Performance Home Medical and contracted insurance companies.
• Perform basic warehouse duties (i.e. receiving, stocking, and cleaning).
• Operate phone systems in a professional manner.
• Greet patients in a clinical setting and complete screening questionnaires.
• Perform daily deliveries including set up, service, and explanation of equipment.
• Troubleshooting patient issues with equipment and service.
• Clean/maintain company vehicles, property, and equipment after daily usage.
• Rotating afterhours and weekend on-call schedule.

We are seeking a motivated, high energy, individual to join our Operations Team as a Delivery Technician. As a part of our Delivery team, you must be responsible, reliable, detail orientated and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must also have good people skills to deal with patients and peers amongst several departments. A background in medical equipment preferred but we will train the right candidate.

This is a Full-Time position scheduled for 40 hours per week plus on-call responsibilities. The regular work schedule for this role is Monday through Friday.
