Presidio Way Pet Hospital is looking for a Client Service Representative to be the welcoming first point of contact for clients in a busy veterinary clinic. You will schedule appointments, educate clients, and coordinate admissions and care updates, ensuring an efficient experience for pets and their families.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients, welcoming them in-person, over the phone, and via email, with warmth and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments, surgeries, dental procedures, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth workflow for veterinarians and staff.
• Educate clients on preventive care, treatment plans, and hospital services while maintaining accurate client and patient records.
• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and in-hospital care updates, ensuring seamless communication between clients and clinical staff.
• Support billing, invoicing, and payment processing while answering client questions about services and fees.
• Collaborate with veterinarians, RVTs, and assistants to ensure a positive, efficient, and organized clinic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for clients, welcoming them in-person, over the phone, and via email, with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments, surgeries, dental procedures, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth workflow for veterinarians and staff
• Educate clients on preventive care, treatment plans, and hospital services while maintaining accurate client and patient records
