Job summary

DolFUN Dynamics is hiring Swim Instructors to help kids build confidence in the water and learn life‑saving swim skills. No teaching experience? No problem! We provide paid training, ongoing support, and a great team environment. If you enjoy working with kids, love being around the water, and want a rewarding part‑time job, we’d love to meet you.

Starting pay is $17.00-19.50 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits including health insurance and flexible scheduling for part‑time roles.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be positive, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Must be great with kids and families, patient and energetic.
• Available weekday afternoons/evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with swim lessons for children and help build confidence in water.
• Support instructors during training and classes.
• Promote water-safety skills and a positive learning environment.
