Job summary

EAM Worldwide in Miami, FL, is seeking a seasoned customer service professional to join our aerospace team and help manage client inquiries and quotes. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates on repair status.

The ideal candidate has five or more years in customer service within aerospace or MRO, excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with AS9100/ISO quality programs.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ customer service experience in aerospace, aviation or MRO.
• Capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with AS9100 and ISO quality programs is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel; internet navigation.
