Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a dedicated professional to join our laboratory operations team. You will engage with clients, perform site visits, resolve issues, and support sales initiatives while upholding confidentiality and PHI safeguards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, an associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services/customer service.
• Laboratory or medical billing experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team and show good problem-resolution skills.
• Must have good proven phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain client business through site visits and liaison with lab management and operations.
• Assess needs using client service processes to maintain satisfaction and grow sales.
• Manage customer/supplier relationships through reports and evaluations.
• Generate additional business via site visits and consultations with clients to increase market share.
• Support Sales Team and Sales/ Marketing Director with timely, professional service.

In this role, you will:

• Retain client business through site visits, problem solving, and acting as a liaison to laboratory management and operations.
• Assess needs by using accepted client service processes to maintain customer satisfaction, and grow sales.
• Manage customer/supplier relationship functions through reports and evaluation.
• Generate additional business through site visits and consultation with clients to increase market Share of existing products and services.
• Supports Sales Team and the Sales/ Marketing Director in providing timely, professional and courteous service.

All you need is:

• High School Diploma required, associate preferred
• Minimum of 2 years, experience in client services/customer service.
• Laboratory or medical billing preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team, good problem resolution skills and flexibility.
