Job summary

Carriage Animal Hospital is seeking a passionate Client Service Representative to join our growing practice in Lombard, IL. The CSR will focus on delivering outstanding client service while supporting patient advocacy and hospital standards.

Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling services, maintaining records, collecting payments, handling emergency triage, and assisting in a welcoming lobby. We value teamwork and a family-like hospital culture.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational understanding and ability to perform basic responsibilities including multitasking, phone handling, and client communication.
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and front-desk processes is helpful.
• Familiarity with Cornerstone or similar practice management software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for a wide variety of services.
• Maintain accurate client and patient information and process payments.
• Provide emergency patient triage and assist lobby with client questions or concerns.

Carriage Animal Hospital is seeking passionate and dependable individuals who are interested in client and patient services to add to our growing practice! The primary job for a client service Representative is to exceed client’s expectations for outstanding client service while maintaining hospital standards and positive patient advocacy.

Our CSR's daily duties include but not limited to; answering phone calls, scheduling appointments for a wide variety of services, maintaining accurate client and patient information, collecting payments, emergency patient triage, lobby upkeep, and addressing client questions or concerns.

o Mon - Fri (8:00am - 6:00pm)

o Saturday (8:00am - 2:00pm)

• The base hourly range for this position is $15-$18. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
