Position: Client Service Representative

Cherry Hill Animal Hospital is in need of a full‑time client service representative. Eligible candidates should have experience in the client service department of a veterinary hospital or similar facility. We are looking for a flexible, career‑minded individual that can work well in a fast‑paced environment. Schedules vary and competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package are offered to all full‑time employees.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
• Record customer information within the customer service database.
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
• Other duties as requested.
