Job summary

Bolton Veterinary Hospital is a fast-paced general and emergency practice with over 20 veterinarians on staff and a support team of over 100. We are seeking dedicated client service professionals to join our team for full-time roles with weekend requirements.

This 24/7 hospital requires shifts ranging from 12 PM to 10 PM and includes working two holidays per year with holiday pay. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities to grow within a privately owned clinic established

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in veterinary medicine, preferably emergency.
• Ability to multi-task and manage high-volume workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and superior customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone shifts in a fast-paced practice.
• Check in and discharge clients at the GP and emergency entrances.
• Provide reception services at the Corner Clinic.

Bolton Veterinary Hospital is a fast-paced, general and emergency practice with over 20 veterinarians on staff and a support team of over 100! We are proudly privately owned, and have been in operation since 1953.

We are currently looking for dedicated and hardworking client service professionals. Our ideal candidate will have a background in emergency veterinary medicine and working in a high-volume call environment.

This position consists of phone shifts, checking in and discharging clients at the GP and emergency entrances, and doing reception at our Corner Clinic.

About this job:

This is a full time position and will include a weekend day. As we are a 24/7 hospital, working two holidays a year is required for this role (with holiday pay & holiday rates!)

• $19-$28/hour depending on years of experience, technical skills and abilities, licensure/certification status
• 5 days, 7-8 hour shifts
• 12 PM - 8 PM
• 1 PM - 9 PM
• 2 PM - 10 PM
• Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
