Job summary

Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air seeks a Client Services Representative to be the friendly voice helping customers navigate needs for a seamless experience.

You will handle inbound calls, book appointments, resolve inquiries, and maintain detailed records while meeting productivity standards and following call scripts. Weekend availability and strong typing are required. HVAC/plumbing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Call Center experience preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Consent to a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of inbound calls and book appointments with high conversion.
• Identify client requests or concerns quickly and provide effective solutions.
• De-escalate concerns with good judgment and professional communication.
• Maintain understanding of our portfolio of products and services.
• Enter accurate and detailed records of client interactions while multi-tasking calls.
• Meet productivity standards and follow call scripts.
