Apogee Architectural Metals in Missouri seeks a Project Manager for Client Services to lead projects from pre-award through execution, ensuring scope commitments and margins while maintaining proactive client communications with stakeholders. Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or 5+ years project management experience.
• 5+ years' industry experience is preferred.
• Experience in managing projects in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Continuous Improvement (CI) Training is a plus.
• Commercial Construction experience is a plus.
• Resolving client concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service, solve issues, and build lasting relationships.
• Review orders and coordinates information for accurate processing.
• Coordinate and track RFIs and change orders to ensure billable work.
• Communicate schedule revisions and back orders to clients.
• Maintain order files per guidelines and comply with company procedures.
