Apogee Architectural Metals is seeking a Process Engineer IV / Senior to provide enterprise-level technical leadership for manufacturing processes across sites. The role sets standards, leads strategic initiatives, and ensures long-term capability across locations.

Responsibilities include governing enterprise process standards, leading cross-site improvements, and mentoring process engineering talent to align technical initiatives with business needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of process engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience in area of process expertise.
• 3+ years of large-scale project management experience.
• Multi-site project and support experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Education and Experience

• 8+ years of process engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience in area of process expertise
• 3+ years of large-scale project management experience
• Multi-site project and support experience preferred
• Core area of technical expertise which enables the ability to develop, lead, and implement new products, processes, and technologies.

Work Environment/Travel Requirements

• Frequent exposure to manufacturing environment.
• Extended periods of office work on a computer and in team meetings.
• Regional day travel is expected with this role.
• Overnight travel requirements will be variable based on projects and business activities, expected up to 30%
