Job summary

MillerKnoll in Buffalo, NY seeks a Client Services Project Manager to liaison with dealers, design firms, and architectural partners while supporting a designated regional portfolio. The role combines customer service excellence with project coordination across Engineering, Design, Logistics, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and installation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or PM preferred.
• 3–5 years in customer service, project management, sales, or related role; manufacturing/service experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Knowledge of MK/Geiger product lines preferred.
• Strong account management, workload planning, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer service for inquiries related to products, pricing, lead times, service parts, orders, and literature requests.
• Coordinate and manage order status updates and support requests to expedite, delay, modify, or cancel orders.
• Coordinate and fulfill Quick Ship orders with Logistics and Manufacturing.
• Provide installation guidance and coordinate site deliveries.
• Serve as central liaison defining scope, timelines, and expectations with internal teams and clients.
• Ensure revisions and change orders are properly captured and issued.
• Advise customers on project status and risks; communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, co-workers, and cross-functional partners.
