You will coordinate orders, timelines, and installation, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Logistics, and Manufacturing to ensure high service levels.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer-facing roles, blueprint literacy, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer service, project management, sales, or a client-facing role.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering docs.
• Strong knowledge of MK/Geiger products and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to dealers, design firms, and architectural partners.
• Ensure accurate order processing, timely communication, and project timelines.
• Coordinate site deliveries, installations, and approvals with internal teams.
• Provide engineering shop drawings for client approval prior to fabrication.
• Manage change orders, drafts, and revision control across projects.
• Escalate risks and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
