Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, sales, IT, operations, and supplier partners throughout active projects.
• Gather and confirm client specifications for printing, mailing, fulfillment, and technology-based services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare estimates, proposals, work orders, change orders, invoices, reports, and project updates.
• Manage client communications, including project timelines, status updates, business reviews, meetings, and conference calls.
• Review customer requirements and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client expectations.
• Support team workload planning to help meet production schedules, service standards, and client deadlines.
