Job summary

Citizens Business Bank is seeking a Client Services Specialist in Ontario, CA, to support Relationship Managers with client interactions, account setups, tax filings, and compliance reviews. The role requires proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and related systems, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

The candidate will prepare materials, manage documentation, and coordinate regulatory processes, ensuring accurate records and timely service for internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to three years minimum related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Complies with policies and procedures and applicable laws.
• Prepares client and prospect materials using PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Files and maintains electronic documents and account documentation.
• Tracks and analyzes account fees using Excel and maintains databases and reporting tools.
• Coordinates asset set-up paperwork and tax documentation; supports income-tax return filings.
• Monitors account activity and responds to client requests via phone and email.
• Prepares account openings and closings with complete documentation.
• Provides support to Relationship Manager(s) and ensures timely service delivery.
• Uses Bridger system for customer screening and compliance activities.
• Delivers the Citizens Experience in all interactions with clients and internal partners.
