Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC in Carmel, IN seeks a GAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) who independently manages client relationships and serves as the primary contact for all aspects of the GAP product, including strategic setup, oversight, and ongoing optimization of lender rates, coverages, and contracts across PIMS and iQQ.

The role requires proactive onboarding of new clients, diagnosing complex issues, implementing tailored solutions to meet lender requirements, and overseeing program changes/renewals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and directly related work experience required.
• 3-4 years relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and onboard new clients, diagnose complex issues, and implement tailored GAP solutions.
• Oversee program changes, renewals, and regulatory compliance across multiple systems.
• Serve as GAP SME supporting internal/external stakeholders and resolving escalated inquiries.
