Job summary

GME Supply is seeking a Client Services Manager in Houston to oversee the Client Services department, manage the team, and drive achievement of goals. You will own internal processes and ensure high-quality customer interactions across calls, chats, emails, and orders.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in client-facing management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing, people management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activity within the Client Services department and manage team members.
• Optimize internal processes and customer experience across channels.
• Ensure timely responses to inbound calls, website orders, online chats, and emails.
• Collaborate across departments to support customer needs and growth.
• Monitor fraud concerns and RMAs with cross-functional teams.
