Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing, people management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop personnel.
• Ability to understand product lines and educate team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong organizational skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities with technical awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activity within the Client Services department.
• Manage team members and department goals.
• Ensure timely responses to inbound calls, website orders, online chats, emails, and other inquiries.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance customer-facing systems and platforms.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of client service and address issues promptly.
