Job summary

Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) in Grass Valley seeks a Client Services Manager to lead a unit of Service Coordinators serving adults and their families. You will guide staff, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and participate in leadership-driven policy development.

The role demands strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills, with on-call support and involvement in leadership teams. A Master’s or Bachelor’s with extensive experience is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 5 years in a human service setting, preferably developmental disabilities.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, requirements and policy standards.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a unit of Service Coordinators serving adult clients and their circles of support.
• Select, train, monitor, coach, and evaluate staff; ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Review cases and documentation; participate in committees to educate on services.
• Provide emergency on-call support for assigned staff; contribute to Leadership Team initiatives.
