Alta California Regional Center seeks a Client Services Manager in Grass Valley to oversee a unit of Service Coordinators serving adults and their circles of support. You will guide clients and families in accessing and maintaining services, and coach staff for high-quality case management.

Requirements include a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with 5 years in developmental disabilities) and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human service field or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a unit of Service Coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Provide training, coaching, and evaluation of staff.
• Participate in Leadership Team to develop policies and procedures.
• Provide emergency on-call support for staff.
