Orion is seeking an Elite Advisor Group Advisor Relationship Manager to serve as the primary relationship service representative for its top advisors, delivering a high-touch, personalized service experience.

The role partners with internal teams to ensure seamless service across Orion's products and services, while leveraging approved AI tools to reduce administrative effort and improve knowledge retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship contact for an assigned group of high-value EAG advisors ($25M+ AUM)
• Build deep, trust-based relationships through proactive communication and consistent engagement
• Provide updates, guidance, and support across wealth management platforms and services
• Own advisor and client issues from intake through resolution
• Analyze requests, develop solutions, and coordinate with internal teams as needed
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of issue resolution and proactive communication
