Kargo is seeking a Client Services Manager to own day-to-day execution and client experience across a shared book of direct and programmatic accounts. This role connects clients with internal teams to ensure campaigns launch correctly, meet goals, and support retention and growth.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or client-facing roles in agency planning or operations.
• Direct and programmatic campaign mechanics knowledge, including trafficking and asset collection.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client-facing presentations.
• Familiarity with digital media metrics and industry terminology.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Guide accounts through the full campaign lifecycle from kickoff to delivery on time and on spec.
• Build trusted client relationships and position Kargo as a partner, not a vendor.
• Deliver performance reports with clear takeaways for clients.
• Identify and flag issues in assets, tags, and reporting before they affect clients.
• Flag upsell and renewal opportunities for Sales or senior CS with sufficient lead time.
• Route demand-side needs and feedback to internal teams to keep campaigns on track.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Creative, and Senior CS on shared commitments.
