Job summary

Regional Center of the East Bay seeks a Client Services Manager to join the leadership team, reporting to the Associate Director of Client Services. The role provides direction, expertise, and oversight to ensure high-quality case management services for individuals and families served.

Responsibilities include developing programs, supervising Case Management Supervisors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating on policy development to advance the agency’s mission and services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's accepted.
• Minimum 4 years Regional Center experience, preferably in case management.
• Three years supervisory experience required; five years preferred.
• A valid CA driver’s license, automobile and current auto insurance required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement case management programs and initiatives.
• Monitor program effectiveness and lead program development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and agency requirements.
• Provide guidance to supervisors and administrative staff on case management.
