Job summary

RGC Group in Tennessee seeks a dynamic leader to guide a 10-person project management team. The role focuses on owning national accounts end-to-end, from client identification and market mapping through deal negotiation and contracting.

You will build executive relationships, lead complex commercial conversations, and collaborate with Product teams to translate roadmaps into partnership capabilities that strengthen our fulfillment network. Coaching and developing team ownership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large account teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
• Exposure to national accounts from identification to ongoing relationship management.
