Job summary

Interim HealthCare in Irvine, CA is seeking a Client Services Manager to blend client care coordination with outreach, strengthening relationships with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 year of home care or 3 years in healthcare supervisory experience.
  • Experience building relationships in healthcare or community orgs.
  • Ability to build trust with clients, families, and partners.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable local travel.
  • Familiarity with the Orange County healthcare market is a plus.

Client Services Manager

As a Client Services Manager, you'll play a vital role in helping seniors and families access the care and support they need while building trusted relationships throughout the healthcare community.

In this unique role, you'll combine client care coordination with community outreach—serving as a resource for families, a partner to caregivers, and an ambassador for InterimHealthCare. What We Offer
  • Salary: $30 per hour, with a performance incentive opportunity of $5,000–$10,000 annually $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid after 90 days)

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a trusted resource for clients and families, helping them navigate care needs and access quality support.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, care planning, caregiver scheduling, and ongoing service delivery. Conduct client visits and follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and office staff to address care needs, scheduling changes, and service concerns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physician offices, case managers, social workers, rehabilitation providers, and senior living communities.
  • Represent InterimHealthCare in the community through outreach visits, networking events, and educational programs.
  • Increase awareness of InterimHealthCare services and support local growth initiatives through community engagement and referral development.
  • Track referral activity and contribute to the achievement of client service and business growth goals.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a relationship-driven professional who is passionate about helping seniors and families, building community partnerships, and delivering exceptional care experiences.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • One (1) year of home care experience or three (3) years of supervisory experience in healthcare, staffing, or a related industry
  • Experience building professional relationships within healthcare or community-based organizations preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
  • Familiarity with the Orange County healthcare market is a plus
